My absolute favorite breed! Silverudds Blue (previously known as Isbar) are beautiful small framed chickens that come in three feather types. Blue, Black & Splash. This breed is very calm, and friendly. You can expect 150-200 eggs a year. Their eggs can range from sage green to an olive shade. Most eggs have some form of speckles. Silverudds Blue were originally imported from Sweden in 2011 by Greenfire Farms. We work with the "First" Import Lines.
 
We have paired a Blue Homozygous Rooster with Heterozygous & Homozygous Splash & Blue Hens. This will allow us to hatch all 3 color varities as well as create nice deep Splash coloring. All first generation offspring will lay a Green Egg. (No chance of Tan Egg layers!)
